Senior Delivery Manager – Maintenance

Based in Oamaru, Oli oversees maintenance projects across all WCL regions, bringing a broad background in mechanical and hydraulic engineering, as well as experience in hospital, school, and irrigation infrastructure.

Oli has a hands-on approach to leadership and enjoys giving people opportunities and challenges, helping his teams grow, develop their skills, and take pride in their work. He thrives on supporting projects that keep WCL operations running smoothly and making an impact on the communities the company serves.

Outside of work, Oli enjoys playing rugby and spending quality time with his young family.
