Based at WCL’s Deborah Oamaru office, Tori works across the business and supports teams throughout Central Otago and Dunedin.
With a background in mining and civil construction, she brings practical experience from high-risk industries, along with a strong foucs on helping people work safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Tori’s role spans health, safety, environment, systems, and continuous improvement. She enjoys getting out and connecting with WCL’s people, understanding how the work is actually done and the challenges teams face day to day. Drawing on her experience in sports coordination and her natual ability to build strong relationships, Tori believes the best solutions come from listening to the people who do the job every day. Her focus is on creating systems that are practical, easy to use, and genuinely add value.
Outside of work, Tori enjoys hiking and spending time in her garden. her philosophy applies wherever she is: “Whether at work, on a hiking track, or in the garden, I’ve learned the best solutions are often the simplest ones.”
