Based in Oamaru, Shannon leads the Minor Works team, providing services to private customers, including fencing, retaining walls, driveways, vehicle crossings, and service trenching.
Shannon moved to Oamaru from Christchurch six years ago, where he managed the installation and repair of pellet and log fires.
He transitioned into Project Management with a local residential building company before joining WCL in 2024.
He brings practical knowledge, strong decision-making skills, customer service expertise, and leadership qualities to the team.
What Shannon enjoys most is being out in the community, meeting new people, and helping bring their ideas to life. He also values collaborating across WCL divisions and the variety his role offers.
Outside of work, Shannon manages a small farmlet and keeps busy with his two young daughters. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and staying active through sport.
