Based in Oamaru, Julian oversees delivery across WCL’s Civil and Surfacing divisions, drawing on more than three decades of experience with the company.

Julian has been part of WCL for 33 years, bringing with him early experience as a trained plumber and water treatment operator. He also holds a Diploma in Engineering, which has supported his progression through a wide range of roles and responsibilities at WCL.

What Julian enjoys most about his work is building great people — helping teams grow, develop, and take pride in the projects they deliver.
