Cameron Bullin
General Manager Operations
As General Manager Operations at WCL, Cameron is based at our head office in Oamaru, where he oversees the operational delivery across the regions we serve.
His journey in the Civil Industry began straight out of school, when he made the pivotal decision to pursue a career in civil construction over dairy farming. A choice that’s shaped his professional life ever since.
Over the years, he’s had the privilege of working alongside some incredibly talented individuals across construction and maintenance projects.
These experiences have deepened his passion for the sector and the vital role we play in building and maintaining critical infrastructure.
What truly drives him is the opportunity to work closely with our clients and communities to solve complex challenges. There’s a real sense of satisfaction in collaborating to find practical, effective solutions that make a tangible difference.
It’s this problem-solving aspect, combined with the relationships we build that makes the work so rewarding.
At WCL, it’s the people who make it special. Whether it’s our internal team or the wider community, there’s a shared sense of purpose and pride in what we do. Cameron is proud to be part of a team that’s committed to delivering meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, Cameron loves jamming on the guitar. He once dreamed of becoming a professional busker, though Ed Sheeran beat him to it! Music remains a creative outlet and a reminder of the joy in following your passions.
